The pre settlement walkthrough is one of the last steps in your new home construction journey. It is the last official time to inspect your home with the builders before signing the dotted line. In this meeting, you will go through the entire house and around the exterior as well. It is a chance to pick up on any imperfections with the flooring, walls, and fixtures that the builder might fix before you move in. It is a process that can take 2-3 hours, and with a freer schedule, you can devote more thought to it. The last thing you want to do is to rush the process or lose precious time to this final inspection before closing.

Give Your Full Attention
