The following is a brief overview of the home buying process and how Ameri-Star helps guide you through:

1.     Choose Your Ideal Community and Home Site

Ameri-Star will work with you to choose the ideal home site in the community that best fits your needs.

2.     Select Your Home Style

Ameri-Star offers homes to suit most every budget and lifestyle. We will help you identify what you want in your new home, and select the home style that works for you.

3.     Choose Your Options

The professionals at Ameri-Star Homes understand how important it is for you to have the ability to make selections for your new home. You are fully involved and in control of the home design experience. At our Design Center, you can take your time and relax in a comfortable space to make your selections.

4.     Complete Your Purchase Agreement

You will meet with Ameri-Star to review your purchase agreement and have you sign all paperwork.

5.     Apply for Your Mortgage Loan

After signing your purchase agreement, you will need to contact a mortgage lender and complete a loan application.

6.     Construction Begins on Your New Home

Once the agreement is signed and your mortgage is approved, we can begin construction.
